Everything, ac not working, no service support staff, it was a 1 night horrible experience, had to cancel the 2nd night , even paid booking.com commission for the 2nd day to hotel

Loved the friendly staff - always available and so pleasant! Wonderful pool and restaurant!

Didn’t love the lighting in the bungalow. Harsh overhead lights - would benefit from some softer bedside lighting.

The staff were very friendly, great location right on the highway and close to the national park.

Just a teenie bit improvement on the towels, they have lost their Lustre otherwise the bedding all good.

We love Tan-Swiss. The pools are wonderful and clean, the restaurant has a wide variety of tasty local and Swiss cuisine, and the grounds are tidy and the staff are very attentive.

The lighting in the rooms could use help. Some soft light lamps would be helpful. The overhead lights are dim and harsh.
