The Lodge is a beautiful hidden gem. It is a self catering unit and well equipped. The housekeeping staff were respectful and ensured our space was well cleaned. Special thanks to Diana for her impeccable service, quick responses to our queries and overall attention to detail. Fresh towels were provided on a daily basis. The bedding was neat and super cosy. Toiletries were also provided - shampoo/conditioner/soap. A dishwasher is installed in the kitchen which came in handy with a large family! The Lodge was an absolute gem and ideal for a family break. I had the privilege to celebrate my birthday with my family after 6 years and the location was perfect. Definitely a vacation that will forever remain close to my heart. ♥️

Would have loved a set of pool towels. (Please consider a heated pool option to enjoy the water on cold days 😄) Some felt the beds were harder than expected but everyone has their own preferences.

Every thing was perfect except for a minor issue of The shower head at Thuli house needs to be replaced . The water is not coming out properly.

Diana was so accommodating. We were Group of 18, we booked 10 sleeper and 8 sleeper. Not knowing that those rooms were half a kilometer apart. She went the extra mile to accommodate us in other rooms nearby.
