Road not ok, cold water for bathing, the house not suitable for there were someone,s clothes in the wardorobe

The fridge in the kitchen didn't work and it had a very bad smell.

I was not happy with the cats and the cleansiness of the facility. The gentleman who welcomed us bad mouthed his colleagues and it's unprofessional. The pool was extremely small, not what we saw in the pictures at all. The room was neat but not clean and lacked basic necessities. We were not happy at all.

Nothing good except the apologies from the caretaker! Cannot understand why this place would be on the booking.com platform?

It is totally run down. Sharing pictures of the entertainment area. Sadly, my home was not available to me otherwise we would have returned home after arriving. We had friends from Cape Town and i was honestly embarrassed as i made the booking and having used booking.com a few times, trusted you. If on your books, i would have assumed it had to meet certain standards! Seems not the case with this poorly maintained, delapadated lodge. Very disappointing booking.com Unfortunately not much was available for my selective dates and I proceeded, againts better judgment to book Damascus Bush Lodge. Absolute waste of hard earned money.
