Warm showers were good, and the owner was a friendly gentleman. Wifi was good.

Location - it was located in a metalwork area - and my wife and daughter weren't comfortable walking through the area. It was also noisy as we were on the street side, windows had gaps, and it was very light at night. Sheets weren't clean, and had crumbs on them.
