المكان آمن و جداً رائع ولكن انتبهوا للكويشن فيه اكثر من قسم تأكدوا من الحجز لأن ضعنا هناك شوي، تجربة السفاري لازم حجز من قبل وكمان السبا عندهم فوق الخيال، احجزوا و كلموهم قبلها بوقت افضل، السفاري له وقتين معين فقط سواء بالسيارة او بالخيل و السبت الحجوزات فيه فل فالأفضل تختارون و تحجزون من قبل ( السفاري عبارة عن محمية يعني كل شئ آمن )

Breakfast and restaurant offering was great. Rooms very excellent. Staff was excellent and very helpful

We had a great stay, but a bit expensive for the local market.

Bad surprise ! The management refused to make us benefit from 4 game drives yet incluses in our reservation . Moreover the 3 baby sittings were charged 2500rds while each babysitting was offered at 320rds or even 160 for a 2yo child which was our case . See photos . Scam ? You Said scam ?

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were very friendly

1- All service and the reception and housekeeping or room dining closed at 10 PM ! So if you need something after 10 PM, nobody will answer . 2- all tables in dining area is designated per room . If you want to change it, you cannot. And the funny thing, even if you notice that table is available, you cannot move to it . 3- so at the end keep in mind after 10 PM. You will find zero service.
