Hygiene. Bett war so hart wie ein Brett. Heizung funktionierte fast nie. Nur zwei Rollen wc Papier für 5 Personen und drei Tage Aufenthalt. Kein Urlaubsfeeling. Überall spinnen.

The apartment was located next to a forest, overlooking the lake. It allows dogs and it was very warm.

The floor wasn't clean and there were spider webs in every corner. The bathroom mat had seen better days, it looked filthy. The dish rack was dirty. The pillows were uncomfortable and so was the sofa. They provided us with two bathroom towels, no face towel. Absolutely no toiletries apart from a hand wash. No coffee machine. Some cutlery was dirty. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes.There was only one curtain, the rest of the windows were exposed, so we would wake up at 7. No drinkable water, it comes from a well. The owner was not hospitable. She came when we arrived to collect her money and was talking to us in czech although we didn't understand her. Not once did she smile. When we were leaving she came to inspect the apartment. She counted all her mugs, dishes and utensils. She was mumbling the entire time and from what I understood she told us off because we didn't clean the carpeted staircase with the broom (!!!) that was there!
