The rooms were comfortable, worth the money.

The staff were rude. I booked the room earlier in booking.com and the booking was confirmed. When we went in, the receptionist was saying that the owner didn't send any booking. I showed my booking. He asked the owner on the phone and they let us in saying we can pay later. After we checked in, we went for dinner and by the time we were back, the owner was there saying we shouldn't access the room. He said he's going to cancel our booking. How on earth can he do that, the reason was I got the room cheaper than the actual price and he couldn't access the booking earlier as there was no connection. I was like bro is that your problem or mine? Where's your professionalism? If he said I have to pay extra for the rooms it's still fine even though there is no logic. But yeah. Worst. Please learn to be professional. The actual thing you should have done is confirm their booking, wait for your damn internet.

Overall we had a fantastic experience with the stay. Very near to Palani temple.. Room had hot water facility and AC.. Winch station and govt tonsel station is at a walkable distance.

Restaurant facility could have given more comfortable stay.
