"Don’t bother."

The much needed gate and the friendly staff were a highlight.

We didn’t stay after checking in. We booked for three adults as we are traveling with our adult son. The nonrefundable room was ridiculously small two beds with a small walk space between. Limón and this hotel location was not the vibe we were looking for. Says close to beach but you don’t want to go there.

"Not great my dude, not great."

The facility was secure, behind a large gate and razor wire so that was nice. The morning staff were prompt in getting us a cab.

The staff were not very friendly. Part of the reason I even booked this hotel was because of the airport shuttle, the balcony and the pool table/games in the common area. We arrived to discover that the airport shuttle was actually just the front kiosk calling a cab for you, the balcony was under construction and not accessible, and the pool table/games were locked up and not usable. There were extremely limited options for food around when we arrived so we ended up going to a supermarket to grab something to cook up in the shared kitchen, only to discover the shared kitchen was actually just a communal microwave. There wasn't even a kettle to boil water for ramen noodles. Not only did I immediately find a pubic hair on the bed, but both beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. All night we could hear tons of loud traffic and people yelling outside the gates. You get what you pay for I guess, if I were to go back in time I would spend the extra money to stay elsewhere or maybe just avoid Limon entirely.

Super nice people. Fun location in the Jamaican district.

The bed was quite hard and the pillows super lumpy. Otherwise everything was just fine.
