El emplazamiento. La disposición de la person que nos transportó y de la person que se mantenía en el lugar

El agua salía helada, calefont no enciende ni el primer ni el segundo día, tratan de dar solución sin embargo el agua nunca salió ni medianamente tibia, se nos dijo bueno estas son las cosas de un refugio de montaña. Lo que no se condice con el precio y tampoco hubo ninguna cortesia hacia nosotros por esto.

This place was one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. I recommend 4 wheel drive to access!! Pablo and Maria could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The cabins are so cute and cozy and the grounds and surrounding area are beautiful. If you are looking for an off the grid eco getaway give it a try!!! Our family spent 2 nights there and would have loved to stay longer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There wasn’t anything I did not like!!

A perfect place to start our vacation in Chile and disconnect from the big city and the cold in Canada. The cabin was beautiful inside and out and the whole property was so calming to be in. The hiking trail was more challenging than we anticipated (which we liked) and offered really amazing views of the surrounding area. Any staff we interacted with were very nice and we appreciated their driving on the very rough road in to the lodge. You definitely can't take any basic rental car, but the secure parking they recommended in town was easy to find and the staff there were easy to deal with, the car was fine by itself for a few days.

Wish the fridge had worked so we could have kept some food/drinks cold, but we luckily didn't bring anything too perishable with us.
