The owner was very friendly. He forwent the fee for bedding due to the poorly kept state of the property and our complaint at arrival.

The dilapidated condition of the property; there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors; one of the curtain rails was drooping; curtains were very dated; bathroom was very dated. The tennis court was in need of repair; the net was torn; wired fence was bent and loose around edges so ball kept rolling out. Front door didn’t feel securely locked and we didn’t keep windows open as one could crawl right through so it was quite stuffy at night. Because of all this, we didn’t feel very safe. View right next to hut at front was of a primary school. Didn’t have feeling of being out in nature at all.
