Villa is in just amazing place, surrounded by beautiful rice fields. Team is fantastic, always helpful and polite.

The condition of the kitchen is quite poor, it looks more like a shed. The kitchen and living room are extremely small, and by 10 a.m. the area heats up to around 40°C, making it impossible to stay there.

Not much

The property is very let down, not clean with many spider webs above the bed, you need to wait 10 minutes for hot water in the shower, at night there is a bar nearby blasting music till 2 am. It's nothing relaxing.
