"Excellent service and peaceful surroundings"

The best hostess! Lots of extras. Beautiful farm with wild animals. Such a lovely escape from the hustle of a town and city. Ebigail went above and beyond with us and our children. We felt home the minute we arrived. They made a fire for us to braai and set the table for our braai. Lovely English breakfast was served for us and our kids. What an absolute value for money. We will most certainly be back for another visit and recommend to friends and family!

Good location. Nice rooms and facilities and close to Mountain Zebra national park. Staff were very helpful.

Power problems, no hot water to shower and solar runs out in the early hours necessitating the use of a noisy generator in the early hours.

"Exceptional"

The best was the attentive and efficient attitude of Ebigail and Swasi. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were scrumptious. Thank you for a memorable stay in a most unusual farm stay among the wild animals.

"An extremely pleasant 2 day stay in the Karoo."

Chalet. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable king size bed, nice winter sheets, microwave, crockery & cutlery. Bathroom with shower very small, but adequate. Ebigail, the hostess, was extremely pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. By prior arrangement, on our first night she prepared a braai for us which was excellent. The breakfast choice was limited but tasty. The farm lodge is quiet and isolated. One can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Small sedan vehicles may find the "humps" on the farm road a little testing, but anything with reasonable ground clearance will be fine.
