Monteverde Villa Lodge

The staff were very accommodating. Christina made multiple arrangements related to activities and transfers for us prior to our stay. Karen was also very helpful on site with bookings and information at the check in desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We felt looked after. Easy walk into town to access lots of restaurants and shops.

The rooms could have been more equip with cloths to wipe down kitchen surfaces, a few more dishes (like bowls and spoons), hairdryers, and there was a coffee maker but no coffee, etc. I did ask for a hair dryer and was given one to take to our room.

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Frühstück extra früher möglich gemacht, so dass wir pünktlich unseren Ausflug geschafft haben.

Wenn überhaupt dann nur das es etwas entfernt zum Zentrum liegt. Aber das ist für uns kein Problem gewesen.

Close to the centre, spacious room, very good bed

During our stay it was a bit dark in the room and on de premises. That maybe great in a warm period.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Grün. Sehr nettes Personal, welches uns auch viele gute Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben hat. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft empfehlen und auch wiederkommen.

Wir haben in der Nacht gefroren aber bekamen zusätzliche warme Decken.
