"Perfect for what we needed with really helpful and communicative staff team!"

We were only there for overnight before an early start to the Boesmanskloof hiking trail. The staff were amazing in accomodating us for a late check in and early check out, and the communal fridge/freezer microwave as a life saver! Perfectly central location and good value for money.

Room was big, clean and spacious - The Lady Grace is centrally situated and you can walk everywhere should you want to. Lots of parking and a great coffee shop directly opposite.

Nothing, only had a one night stay.

"From one airbnb host to another"

The location, the friendly staff, the cleaning service, the extra drying of our clothes on the line, the chat with the manager, Richard.

The bed ( I especially booked a larger double bed because my husband is tall and the bed was so uncomfortable he didn't really sleep well) No kettle in room to make tea. Change shower curtain to a door. The lack of cupboard space, the hole in the tiles in the shower, general feel of the room was that it needed some tlc.
