We were fortunate in being able to stay in a ground floor cabin with decking furniture, rather than ascend to first floor room vi an outside staircase

It was odd that no window tables were allocated for breakfast use.

I stairs rooms had horrible fake grass outside which was soaking wet squelchy and rained water; you need to get rid of this Room was fine but loud of light pollution eg glowing fire exit sign very bright for bedroom. Room quite noisy due to road

Stayed in primrose room clean and tidy

Really enjoyable stay, the rooms and the restaurant are excellent. Staff throughout were accommodating, welcoming and professional. The place is generally well appointed. We will likely return.

There's a bit of an absence of comfortable seating inside or outside for guests. Understandably they focus on the restaurant/ bar style seating but as a resident there would be a benefit in some lounge style internal/ external seating options.

The lodges were clean and lovely, peaceful and right next to a hot tub. Everything was easily to get to.

Shower could’ve been better, it was a bit stiff and had to get someone to get it working.

The breakfast was really good. Enjoyed a truly exceptional evening meal, the kitchen team worked as one amazing unit producing cuisine well above our expectations. Certainly recommend
