We love the surroundings and farm animals roaming around the area.

Lack of electric fan or ceiling fan on the attic. Also, lack of electrical outlet on the 2nd floor.

Very great staff and nice beach access.

No hot water, wifi was weak.

The 2nd night in an AC cottage was acceptable but our first night was disastrous! We stayed in a cabana for a family and the cabana is very deteriorated, so many insects and worms falling from the roof. The beds are on the 2nd floor (on the floor) my father is senior citizen. I cannot believed that the Cabana is over priced based on its actual rate if you book directly with the hotel. And the AC cottage we had on our 2nd night is cheaper than the first night.

Our cottage was fantastic! Loved the style of the cottage and the hammock! The view on Mount Mayon is beautiful, in the night we could see the lava flowing. All the animals were great fun and coming hung with us! The staff was very nice, they helped us with every request we had. The beach was few steps away. We had a very lovely stay!

it has both a beachfront and cabanas and huts for staying overnight which are family friendly. The place itself is nice, well kept and retained its rustic but with attention to comfort

internet is weak

The CUSTOMER SERVICE and the STAFFS. They're so approachable and friendly. And the room is very affordable.... really worth the price. Doesn't have free toiletries but it doesn't really matter.

The place is renovating. Could use some repairs too but doesn't really matter because the ambiance is very homey.
