"Horrible experience"

Very remote, no food available on site, only one caretaker who would sometimes lock the gate and go out, no electricity and no one to start generator in such scenarios. You would feel like stuck in a psyco horror movie at a remote location, locked out and no electricity. The room was very dirty, as if the floor hasnt been swept clean for months. Toilet and floor mats extremely dirty.

Our stay at the place was simply superb. The owner of the place is highly cooperative and his behaviour towards his guests is very good. The food that we had was absolutely home-made cooked food. It is indeed a home away from home. Will stay there again on our next trip to malda in the future. Highly recommended.
