The location is so beautiful! I spent hours watching the light change over the water and photographing which flowers bloomed at different times of day, or relaxing on the balcony. The cooking is the best I've had in Myanmar by far - really tasty dishes, they can accommodate whatever dietary needs you might have. I really recommend the fish! They can also organise everything: pickup from Nyaungshwe by boat or car, visits to the villages and workshops, and tours into the hills. Easily the highlight of my 18 days in Myanmar! Also the room is vast with windows on 3 sides. It's nicer than the photos seem to show, in my opinion.

"Unique and pleasant experience to stay on a lake in a boat house"

The staff was so kind and helpful. They arranged to pick us from the ferry point and drop us back. They also arranged a motor boat to take us for a tour around Inle lake. They made amazing food for dinner and breakfast.
