Breakfast was cooked by Sarah and was delicious. The dining area was very nice with a beautiful view from large windows. Breakfast was also a good opportunity to mix with other guests. Sarah and John have ensured that their property is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed being in a quiet area out of town. Good base from which to travel to Milford Sound. The garden area is immaculate.

Be aware that one of the rooms is at the back of the house facing the driveway.

Everything! The location, the exceptional views of the lake and mountains, the pristine, well maintained room and property, the hosts were welcoming, caring and friendly, the breakfasts were delish and beautifully presented, the sweet snacks a delight. What a lucky find!
