At R59 for breakfast plus a cappuccino this was excellent value. Location of unit was very good

The resort is well maintained with friendly staff I liked the clean pool areas and there was lots of space to relax at the pool area Our unit was clean and tidy, and beds and couches were comfortable

Unit 227B has clearly had an upgrade, visually the unit is beautifully done with fresh modern cupboards, tiles, the kitchen and bathrooms were lovely - however the workmanship is really shoddy- none of the cupboards or drawers close properly, the toilet seat is fitted skew and the towel racks come off the wall These small things can be fixed easily, improving the overall experience

No plan B for loadshedding

The resort was nice, well looked after, with wild animals (birds, hippos, antelopes, monkeys) and beautiful plants. Lodge very clean and cleaning service excellent. In the morning, we woke up by the sounds of birds and monkeys from the nearby bush. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Service in the restaurant was so-and-so. The were frequent power outages (maybe 6hrs or so every 24hrs, 2hrs at a a time), due to electricity shortage experienced in South Africa. To their credit, the property provided courtesy lights during the power outages (a few main light still worked), so we were not left in total darkness.
