Kalahari Red Dunes Lodge

Loved the game drives, water hole near the dining area so you hoog easily see the animals. Delicious food, very friendly staff!

Everything! Very stylish, great setup, scrumptious food, fully stocked minibar. Had the pleasure of staying in a superior villa with a private pool - heaven on earth, watching the animals sitting in your own pool cooling off. Did a great nature drive across the dunes, lots of animals (giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, ostriches…). Overall definitely to be repeated!

This place is pure MAGIC. The landscape surrounding the rooms is unbelievable. The rooms are spectacular, and the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff are an absolute plus.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Beautiful location , conveniently not too far from Windhoek airport. Clean , up to date. Activities are well sort out.

Food could be improved. Everything we ate in the restaurant was from catering company and reheated.

Breakfast was o.k The service was really slow.

Our chalet was stunning and had a lovely deck with views of the waterhole. The outside shower was great to cool down. The food was fantastic; our evening meal was like dining in an expensive restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were well marked self-guided walking trails and we saw a lot of animals on our walk, also around the lodge. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Lovely spot that exceeded our expectations! We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a 2 week holiday in Namibia. The superior room we booked was much more than we expected (it was two rooms, a lounge, and a private swimming pool!). While there aren't jaw dropping views, there are animals roaming around the lodge that you can view from your room or the dining areas. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was large and spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Dietary requests/adjustments were met without any issues. Would highly recommend and would like to stay here again and at try our other Ondili lodges in the future.

While we had two rooms to use, the one we chose did not have any hanging space for clothes - this could easily be remedied with a small open wardrobe unit in the bathroom (there is plenty of space!). There was a slight lack of privacy at the outside space/pool area, but not too serious. The house keeping staff were a bit keen in the mornings - coming into the unit before we had left for breakfast.
