Terrific location, you can take hikes on the hotel grounds for up to 2 hours with their dogs as guides. Good food and welcoming bar. Free fish foot massage! The rooms are just what you'd hope for from a jungle hotel!

Everything was up to standard and great value for money. The only issue we found was a spider in our room on arrival, however the room had been prepared for us in advance as we were arriving much earlier than check-in time, no harm came to anyone or the spider

The beauty view room and the rest of the hotel was absolutely stunning. What really makes this hotel though is the staff. Every single one of them went above and beyond. To mention a few, Jose made every happy hour very entertaining; Daisy always had a smile on her face and despite the language barrier we had some laughs; We had some great conversations with Daniel and we’re gutted that we didn’t get the name of the lady who helped us find our search for toucans. The tours were also brilliant- we loved the rafting! We also had some amazing food, the sardine spaghetti special being Nicole’s absolute favourite.

Tough to think of anything- if we had to be picky then perhaps a Sun lounger would have been nice for some afternoons without activities.

A magic location (jungle up the hill and the gorgeous river down it) with a lovely (but cold) natural pool. Large rooms, decorated with character. Really friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food. We loved taking the hotel dog for a stroll in the jungle grounds.

The room was very humid / damp in January (might be improved on the first floor rather than ground floor) Not cheap!

Very friendly staff, and a great location in the middle of the nature. We enjoyed the rafting tour at Rio Cangrejal and all the surrounding areas, which are gorgeous. Very quiet place to rest, to feel confortable and to relax.

Due to being isolated you must rely on their restaurant to have your meals, and it is a bit overpriced. They could be a bit more generous with toiletries

Super atmosphere, super staff, food is amazing Surroundings are beautiful! I also did the hiking/rafting tour which was amazing, the guide did a super job

you are nestled away in the jungle. Everything that is wood, is handmade by one of the owners, so much detail and care in everything. You are close to fun outdoor sports and there is a really nice platform for yoga mornings.
