Staff, neighbourhood, intra structure, and most importantly the food. I admit that it's a bit expensive (comparatively), but every extra penny is worth it. I went with my family (including a toddler), and to be honest, excellent support from the ground staff is something that was phenomenal.

Lack of landline to call staff from within the room.

This place is but more expensive in this price as well as there is no bufe system when u ask for the water bottle they provide you no bathroom essential which all the hotels used to provide like body lotion moisturizer 🧴 no toothpaste ...we are and the location is at very high altitude so if u don't have car or vehicle it hard to reach for youth no problem but old age may feel the same ... I think this property is expensive..in this price ...
