Уборка каждый день, чистый бассейн, приветливый персонал. Смена белья раз в три дня. Организовали трансфер от аэропорта до гостиницы (за отдельную плату). Очень красиво оформлена территория отеля. У домика были качели для ребёнка. По запросу предоставили микроволновую печь.

Комиссия за оплату картой более 3%. Берите наличные деньги для оплаты гостиницы. С коляской было тяжеловато подниматься в гору, но нам предоставили номер не на самом верху, поэтому было относительно нормально.

Amazing service run by a beautiful family. Even the children participated in making me feel comfortable and at home ❤️

A steep walk to the pool but so relaxing up there

Loved the huge very clean pool and the bungalow was also very clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. Good location for bars and restaurants and not too far from Long Beach. The gardens and grounds around the bungalows are beautiful and well looked after. There is a free to use washing machine. Shower gel, shampoo and dental kit, soap were all provided. The host provided a free transfer from the airport and to the airport for the journey home, unfortunately we had booked our own taxi as we were not informed that there would be a free transfer on the return journey.

Asked to pay cash for stay on arrival. Stayed for 10 days and we didn't have that amount of cash in us so ended up paying 8% credit card fee which booking.com said " no credit card fees" on booking The beds are very hard. I can sleep on a rock but my husband is a poor sleeper at the best of times so hardly slept at all . The pool is lovely but there are 6 sun loungers 3 of which are broken with rotten wood so spending time around the pool is not possible for any length of time there were also no cushions on the usable sun loungers which made sitting on them very uncomfortable There was often no hot water as even though it was solar powered and the weather was sunny and hot every day we never seemed to have any hot water for a shower.

Clean room, close to ”action” but still peacefull place if your neighbours are not noisy/listening their videos outside without headset (there is one nationality having that ugly and weired habit where ever they travel; and unfortunately Phu Quoc full of that nationality)/ having small kids/ .This is naturally Bien Doi Bungslows reason.

Bed was extremely hard; hard to get good relaxed sleep.

Właściciele tego miejsca to Anioły. Byliśmy zaopiekowani, najedzeni - proste, ale pyszne śniadanie, z menu szczególnie polecamy kurczaka z sosem z trawy cytrynowej. Bardzo fajna wycieczka organizowana przez Właścicieli - jedna uwaga: nie jedzcie nic przed nią 😉
