Anel went extra mile by going in town to get us food, that lady has a heart of Gold , May she's stay as sweet as she is. I'm rating her personality 10 out of 10

Was self catering. Requested additional dishes and oven trays, Was supplied promptly by manager Adele. Our car battery died and James assisted us.

Dishes could be placed on lower shelves. TV was provided but you have to bring your own login details for DSTV and Netflix. Had i know i would have carried. Felt very sorry for the lion. Needs a companion

The environment, the animals. It's a different environment from what we are used to that's why we chose to go there. Loved the lion especially the sounds he made at night, that made it extra special and feeding the other animals. It's a generally peaceful environment.

The low levels of cleanliness, a lot needs to be done to improve on that. The dust road is very badly maintained
