Love the location, cuma nk naik tu drive kereta agak mencabar sikit sbb jalan dlm keadaan mendaki. Bilik yg kami dapat is superbbbbb .. full view of mount kinabalu. MashaAllah, cantik sangat. Sejukkk .. wlpun bilik ala kadar, tak mewah tapiiiii worth the value! Akan repeat lg dgn husband.

Honestly, the cabin is clean and comfortable to sleep in.

There are several areas where communication and service could be improved. Guests should be clearly informed in advance that the cabin can only be accessed by vehicle, and the road leading up is both narrow and steep, with gradients of approximately 40–50%. Not all cars may be suitable for the climb, and drivers need to be confident in their skills. Parking arrangements also present challenges, as the space is shared with another company, limited in size, and located uphill. Traveller from Car Park B (lower level parking lot — for customer ) must walk all the way up to Car Park C to collect the keys from reception, then return down to Car Park B to unload luggage, and finally walk further down the road to bring luggage to the cabin, the process is quite demanding. There is also no wheelchair access, as reaching the cabin requires climbing steep stairs. This makes it less convenient, particularly for elderly guests or those using wheelchairs. Additionally, customer service could be enhanced. At present, check-in is strictly enforced at 3:00 p.m. without flexibility, even if guests arrive earlier by less than an hour. This policy may cause unnecessary inconvenience for traveler / driver whose drive from Kota Kinabalu city.

View its very nice view n location it near to town so it was great
