Labboo'z Café and Lodge

This is a lovely little guesthouse in the old guard house of the fort of Maheshwar. Just a few steps away from the main sight of this sleepy rural town: the beautiful temple and fort by the river. All the amenities were on a high standard, the room was cosy and had everything equipped. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bathroom had working hot shower. The bed would be a little short for tall people. Breakfast is freshly cooked and plenty. Definitely worth the little price per night.

No complaints about the Labboo'z. Bear in mind that it's generally more difficult and comparatively expensive to get a beer or alcohol in Maheshwar.

This was definitely something different. My room was set inside the fort walls, so cool. Whitewashed and spotless clean, with arched doors. Even the sheets were clean. If that is the norm rather than my luck, then I suggest they put it in the description on Booking.com, because it is a deal breaker for many foreigners in India. Toilet paper, soap and towels were also provided. Good WiFi inside my room. There is a cozy garden restaurant, the only such place I could see in town.

It was nothing I didn't like.

Had an amazing stay here..staff was really friendly and helpful. Food was decently priced and tasty. Would definitely visit again.
