Cabins were so cosy

Paying extra for some of the activities there. I think if you are staying overnight most of the activities should be included

the accommodation was fabulous, food was lovely, all staff were very friendly and pleasant

It was expensive to stay and especially breakfast, but everything was lovely

Fabulous cabins, so clean and comfortable. Great for kids

Location excellent. Food at Olive Restaurant was fabulous. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Skylight looks nice in studio ac but not practical wide awake very early both ams. Not suitable with kids going to bed late and waking awful early probably won't stay over again.

The sofa bed! When you pay a high premium of £300+ per night for a 2 bed cabin and one is a sofa bed which is fine but for a 65 year old woman or even an adult having to sleep on something of a mattress that isn't thick enough to call a mattress is quite disappointing, skimming on the second bed when the room should have "equal" beds and I mean comfort, for that high rate is poor, there is plenty room for a decent sofa bed so why skim on that? Ok for a kid possibly but not for adults it's quite flimsy, I did message about this and got no response The restaurant does lack professional staff also, some of them where having to compensate for the others
