Hard to find something to dislike. While in our room the temperature was appropriate for frigid nights, the couple of friends we had convinced to join us for that trip, were complaining about being too cold in their room, as that room had two outside walls. Our room had only one outside wall, which probably explains it, why it was warm/comfortable in our room.

I wanted to do something special for my partner’s birthday and this experience was absolutely wonderful! The location of your wildest childhood dreams, on the edge of a magical forest and frozen river. it has a remote feeling and at the same time you can conveniently reach the city centre by uber or taxi. Plenty of activities to do on site (huskies, reindeers etc), excellent food and cozy atmosphere! Staff is friendly and sooo helpful! They did their best to make sure we had an unforgettable time in Lapland. My partner is not easily impressed but he was amazed by this birthday weekend! If you are looking to do something special for someone with high standards I highly recommend this place!

This hotel is just gorgeous. The rooms are so well kept and exactly what you see on the photos! Restaurant is so nice and the staff are lovely

Barely anything but it’s a shame they don’t have more chairs/a reception area as such to sit for those who may not have an early flight upon checkout

Bella struttura, offre molti servizi, cucina buona, possibilità di fare escursioni organizzate direttamente dalla struttura, ma anche in autonomia essendo collegato ad un’isola che si può visitare a piedi, da dove partono molti percorsi. Abbiamo anche visto l aurora boreale.

Stanza molto piccola

Ho scelto il Vaatunki Wilderness Resort perché promettevano la possibilità di vedere l’aurora boreale… e così è stato! Il posto sembrava davvero estratto da una favola: immerso nella natura, silenzioso e magico. Un’esperienza che non dimenticherò.
