Loved the settling, peaceful rural retreat.

The driveway could be better, pot whole at the beginning of drive and a gate that needs repair, in manual car wheel spun going up BUT DON'T LET THAT PUT YOU, IT IS MINOR, it was worth the stay and would happily stay there again

"Amazing tranquil relaxing cottage"

Beautiful country views and just a few kilometers out of Upper Hutt so nice n close to town if you need any supplies. Barbara was very hospitable and lovely and and also gave us complete privacy. Very quiet and tranquil. Great place to wind down and relax. The miniature horses are so nice and cute haha loved them. Lastly there is a outside bar area Wich is amazing.. has everything you need from outdoor heaters to dart boards.. highly recommend!

That we only had one night to stay.. we would live there if we could!!

Beautiful little getaway The cottage has absolutely everything you need right down to a needle and thread to soft brown sugar for your porridge. Belinda was there to greet us, shes great and so helpful

Really convenient for speed way and the cockerel didn't crow until after 9am Amazing view of stars as quite remote and dark
