Incline Cottage

a lovely stay. very accommodating and helpful. would definitely stay again.

Quiet, peace, remote cottage with a grand farm view from both balcony and bedroom. Only 5-10 mins drive to Rivendell and Hartcourt Park makes it a huge bonus for LOTR fans. The kitchen cooker hood is very useful when we cooked at night and did not want to open windows letting bugs in. We bought carrots to feed the horses and ponies and they all loved it. However the biggest one was too oppressive that it kept kicking others away.

The washing machine is a bit out of date and needs some cleanliness. The fridge makes noise from time to time (at first we thought it was horse's snore lol).

The location was awesome, only a 7 minute drive to the speedway. Amazing views from the balcony. The house owners helped us out and we’re very nice.

The driveway was a bit scary especially at night. Quite hard to turn around as it’s very tight even with a small car.

Very quiet. Clean & private. Horses chooks & ducks pretty view. Warm & comfortable

Breakfast provisions were good. Location on a farm was fine. Very close to Remutaka Rail Trail, so very convenient location to explore the rail trail. Farm animals in paddocks were a bonus, very relaxing to watch them.

We should have stayed longer!
