Best Beach Villa

Great location - loved the space. 3 boys enjoyed their own space downstairs.

Driveway is a bit tricky to reverse out of and no space to turn around.

Clean, comfortable accommodation with a nice outdoor balcony area. Has plenty of parking out front too.

Couldn't fault it. Excellent value for money!

A Good location only 5 min walk into town. Generaly a nice space upstaiirs with an extra sleeping space downstairs

The property is ‘tired’ and needs a lot of work. the windows need a good clean and there is a lot of damaged wood on the access stairs. Also, it’s a challange to get an SUV up the drive!

Spacious house in Denham, good but pictures look better as it looks like in reality. It was all clean and well enough equipped but from outside house looks like some renovation is needed. Even Though we had a good stay and it was fine

The location was excellent. Good value for money. Host very helpful. Would stay again, very comfortable

The place needs TLC, The driveway is too narrow for a bigger car. No connection between the bottom and top section

House is set back from the road, and access by key code to door. Do not take 4x4 cars up the drive. No room for turning. Strange layout, as front door is at the back of house. Outdoor stairs a bit rickety and could do with some upgrading. There is a second bedroom downstairs at the front of house, separate door, which is strange as not linked to upstairs, but as there was only two of us, didn't need to use this. Great view of the ocean from the outside veranda. Great for drying washing too. Comfortable bed, separate loo and shower room. There is washing machine and drying facilities downstairs also. All facilities for cooking etc, but the pub up the road which does great food. Also visit the The Old Pearler restaurant, booking essential. Great seafood. Watch for emu's wandering around.

No wardrobe or hangers for clothes. Luckily the backs of chairs came in handy. As before, do not drive up to house as no turning room. Beach was under repair when we visited.
