Location and cleanliness

A few issues came up during our stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for several days, and after fixing it, the owner forgot to lock the front door when we are not at home.

Excellent details provided for an easy check in. Operator was very responsive when some minor issues occurred. Location was excellent with easy access to a major shopping center, local cafes & public transport.

Not as clean as it should have been. Shower, range hood & dryer needed attention. Operator was informed & was very responsive to feedback.

Conveniently located near Westfield Booragoon in safe neighbourhood. Love that we have a spacious garage for the car and 3 bedrooms. The unit is well equipped with all necessities.

We didn't know how to remove the timer for the air conditioning. It goes off every 6 hours. Not ideal for a hot summer night.
