Spacy Lodge, comfy beds

Dirty hot tub and dirty pots Had the hot tub recleanes an hout after we arrived and all the green came back again the following afternoon

"Lack of care"

Caught crypto bug from the dirty hot tub and was ill for the full stay and 10 days later. When the hot tub jets turned off it was filled with what looked like chunks of dog fur or hair, murky water, it was full of bugs and and had a black scum around the edges. My partner checked the filter and it wasn’t even attached to anything. Absolutely disgusting and i dred to think how long the water hadn’t been changed for, im just so glad we didn’t take our children with us as i dred to think how ill they would have been from it. Iv tried along with booking.com to communicate with the owners to resolve the matter without having to do this but we haven’t had any response at all from them which just goes to show the lack of care they have towards their paying customers. What should of been a nice relaxing few days away ended up me being bed bound.
