Bryn Bettws Lodge

Very welcoming when we arrived. The views were unbelievable. We stayed in 'the cwtch'. It was lovely inside, nice and warm and very comfortable. Wifi works brilliantly. We booked a pod to have food in, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I had a 20oz burger, the waitress said nobidy has finished it before, so the pressure was on.. but i finished it 🤩There's also lovelly trails to walk around, and we enjoyed a nice walk with beautiful views. Thank you for having us!

Only that there was no sweeping brush, we like to have a clean before we leave, it's not essential anyway, but other than that was all great :)

The view was amazing, very friendly staff, the lodge was amazing, newly finished and opened for us to use, Was nicely surprised with an upgrade from the room to a hole cabin as they was having so work done, Stunning views One of my favourite birthday weeks away in a long time will definitely be booking again

Could of done with an oven instead of just a stove top and small air fryer, Our bed was broken the middle beam was cracked and supported by a tree stump, Other wise loved everything

Can't really say I liked anything. When we arrived it was busy, I found a lady who checked us in on a public screen, the room was ok bit of a weird use of space. It was warm enough. Nice to have a quiet policy after a certain hour as the walls were paper thin and you could here everything. Beds were comfy enough.

We didn't like the pot holes up to the property, only good if you're in a 4x4 or a tank lol. The check in and out system is a bit weird because it's on a screen in the reception area with everyone's names on it. Couldn't tell who worked there or not, when we left a bloke with a tea towel over his shoulder asked if I was ok, not sure who he was but when I told him we were checking out he said that was fine and we left.

Location, cleanliness, owners and staff all really helpful. Not our first time here, and won’t be the last.

Because of when we stayed, the resturant wasn’t open both nights and the although the food was good on the night it was open, the menu choice was quite small. No problem with dietary requirements such as gluten free and vegetarian. Good pub, Colliers Arms, just down the road so not a problem on the night resturant was closed, although booking advised.

Prime location for what we went for nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful

The place must be amazing at high season. We were there on September and it looked quite closed. Anyway the key was there and we were able to get into the room and sleep correctly.

A lot of spiders in the room and we were alone so this was quite strange.

Beautiful location with lovely views. Will definitely be coming back again.
