"Beautiful spot, but overall disappointing due to rodent problem."

Stunning location, nice facilities

The property has a rodent problem. Within an hour of our stay, mice had got into a birthday cake and some other special treats we had picked up on our way. Saw them running through the place throughout our entire stay. Not quite what we were expecting when paying $500+ a night. I was disappointed with the response from the ownerโ€ฆ a replacement or refund was offered which would have made up for it in some way however there was no follow through and did not get the money back for the items that were contaminated. Was very uncomfortable using items from the kitchenโ€ฆ the herb/spice containers provided had clearly been chewed through as well.
