Bad Reception Staff behaviour ( check out time) highly unprofessional. AC room was used as non AC room and hence poor ventilation. Water force in bath tap almost nil. Commode cover was broken.No TV remote was provided.There was one plastic jug without water and your reception staff claimed that there were two jugs which was highly humiliating. No towel. It was provided after request. Very bad experience.
