Hotel Prakash

The only good thing is location.

When I first came in there is no one at the desk. It took 30 mins for some guy to come and check me in. They never compensated the lost time during the check out. The room which they alloted me first was not even cleaned, we can see the paper towels, bottles and trash thrown into the room. So they me another room which is just fine. There are no towels, water bottles or even bedding. It's just a bed along with a fan and a TV. There is an option for room service but they won't respond to your calls. Overall it's just a poor experience for me.

Hotel is located very near to temple and all the shops were near by. Rooms are good and neat . Prices are low and Budgetary compare to other hotel. Staff were kind and friendly. Nice stay

Cleanliness still needs to improve

No dining hall and kitchen. Just it is like an ordinary lodge not a hotel

Stay is not doing well and has battled greatly. The team turns off the air conditioning and geyser every time. Staying on the second level/floor is tough because there is no elevator and it is difficult to carry the luggage. We suffered greatly as a result of the lack of air conditioning and geysers, despite the fact that we had paid for both. We must notify the personnel every for turning on the AC/Geyser. The pictures shown in the property are absolutely different from the actuals. Also, the staff / manager says we won't bother with the feedback and will continue as is. I have attached the person's pic of the staff that we have spoken/discussed on this.  My children suffered greatly as there was no hot water at 4 a.m.
