TRClean, quiet, central. The prices are appropriate according to the quality. Hotel staff and owner did not pressure me to buy a tour. I had this problem in other hotels I stayed in. The hotel owner is a mature and business savvy man.
No hot water. You should ask for it.

ESWell located, near the river for a quick swim. Restaurant in the property. Mosquito net in the bed. They arranged jungle treks.
A lot of mosquitoes, but I guess that’s in the whole village. Mosquito net (provided) is absolutely necessary. The bathroom had no sink and the shower had no water pressure at all. I had to do everything with a knee-height tap and a plastic cup. Also the wc is right next to to the shower so all the floor gets wet (quite usual in Indonesia). I got food poisoning :(, not cool.

NLFriendly staff. Good prices for trekking and taxi. Nice restaurant. We did the trekking with experienced guides but still willing to do everything to give you a good time. we recommend this place.

GBGreat location in Bukit Lawang, the staff were really friendly and the food was very tasty :) easy to arrange the jungle trek. Our guides Bike and Rojaldo were incredible, thank you for everything!

DEThe location is very good. The room is big and it’s clean.
The AC is not working. The blanket was a mattress topper😅. All the ladies who work here can’t speak English so it was hard to communicate. You didn’t know who the owner was or who to talk to. When we checked out WE reminded THEM that we have to pay and how much! Very bad managing.
