The lack of protection from the flies. Maybe fly curtains, some sheer blinds or misting sprays would work well.

The view from the glamping tent was spectacular.

The pillows provided were too high for the bed. We didn't know we would have to drive on a dirt road to get to the glamping tents as we were not supposed to drive on dirt roads with our hire car. There was no timber provided for our fire pit.

We loved our stay at Kings creek station! All the staff we had the pleasure of meeting were lovely and helpful. We upgraded to the luxury tents in Mort Conway with half board included. Our tents were beautiful - clean, spacious and comfortable with king beds, large bathrooms, hot water, and AC’s. The toiletries provided smelled amazing and they even thought to include bug spray and repellant for guests. Half board included a hot cooked brekkie and choice from a limited dinner menu, where everything was delicious. As we wanted to do the rim walk at sunrise, instead of missing out on our included brekkie, staff offered us a takeaway pack to go, all lovely considerations! Thank you for having us!!!

Unfortunately, when we were there, many of the activities were not available, we would’ve been keen to do the helicopter ride and/or the buggy station tour, especially given we were staying on a station! As others have mentioned, the distance between Mort Conway and the main reception, where breakfast and dinner are served, requires you to drive each time - totally manageable though. The half board option included brekkie and dinner but didn’t specify that dinner options were from a limited menu only. Although the food offered was good value and tasty, I decided to forego my voucher one night and pay, just to try some of the other delicious options. We loved that they offered a “takeaway” brekkie for those wanting to go on sunrise hikes, however the single serve of cornflakes, Sara Lee muffin, Uncle Toby’s muesli bar and juice box just wasn’t at all comparable in value to the hot brekkie that was included in our accommodation. Still very convenient and appreciated though!

Zelt weit weg vom Restaurant, 2,5 km ist doch ein bisschen weit für zu Fuss, ausserdem ist die letzte Strecke Sandweg, ein bisschen heikel fürs Motorrad, beim Frühstück gibt es nur Pulverkaffee.

La tente est tres propre. Le lit est confortable et la douche est tres bien La climatisation fonctionne bien sauf qu'elle envoie l'air directement sur le lit. Les hotes sont gentils

Si vous n'etes pas là avant 18h00, c'est beaucoup plus compliqué car rien n'est indiqué dans le mail initial. Il faut d'abord trouver la clé puis on comprend que la tente est à 4 km. Maintenant il fait nuit et tout devient plus compliqué car il n y a pas d'affichage sur place. Je n'oublie pas le cadenas du portail qui ne s'ouvre pas si l'on met le code au milieu !!! Si vous arrivez avant 18h00 , c'est cher mais c'est bien. Aprés 18h00 , les hotes pourraient facilement faciliter les choses
