Riveresque

A property with personality. Out of town a little bit and nestled in the bush, really felt relaxed. Comfortable bed and all the facilities were great. Stayed cool as the bush shaded the property.

Great location. Easy drive or forest walk to town . Beautiful surroundings.

Beautifully appointed. When we go away we like to feel spoiled and Riveresque hit the brief. I could have spent the whole weekend on the amazing raised verandah watching and listening to a variety of birds come and go. I would actually say the photos don't do it justice it is very light and bright. We even had a kangaroo pop by. Will definitely be back.

Lovely spacious house set right on the edge of the forest, plenty of space, big verandah on which to eat your breakfast and watch birds flying from tree to tree. Nice spa-type shower room with whirlpool bath, plus outdoor shower.

My fault, but I didn’t realise it’s not really walking distance to town. Would be good to have a washing machine in the house instead of having to go to a laundrette.

Our stay was lovely overall but there could have been a bit more attention to the smaller things...there were no tea bags ,no tissues .Also no kitchen towel or serviettes or glad wrap or foil in the kitchen these are just basic items .An extra hair-dryer would have been good,one in each bathroom. Small things make the difference.

This spacious house is beautifully presented, so many charming features and decorative objects. The large rear deck overlooks a garden and trees and backs onto the river. We felt very welcomed, and the kitchen is well stocked.

Very peaceful and tranquil, clean and spacious and everything we needed.
