Children are welcome, but are not permitted to stay in dormitory rooms. Guests must aged 18 to stay in dormitory rooms. If children are 16 or under, they will need a parent/legal guardian aged over 21 to stay with them in a private room.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Provided what I need for stay"

It was probably a lot nicer when I first opened just had a bit of a neglected feeling to it. Two kitchens were great and nice that the rooms all had own bathroom and patio. A little bit of a walk from town but still a nice quieter location. Plenty of parking for those con with car. Reception/posible owner friendly and helpful.

Not a great sign when the first thing you see is one of the beds you can stay on is broken and on a permanent lean. The room wasn’t clean when i arrived and wasn’t cleaned the whole time I was there , could tell as the bed linen and towels from previous guests weren’t changed during my stay. I had to remove the bin bag from room as was attracting flies. Whole communal area felt like a dumping ground
