The location

Garage caused damage to my vehicle due to being too small. No air conditioning in 35+ degree heat was unbearable. The place had not been cleaned. Hair located across most areas of the bathroom. Unwashed cutlery and dirt build up.

"Nice quiet location. Close to beach and short walk to “downtown” Sawtell."

Great location. Clean. Good facilities.

Needs good overview / check of all facilities. TV remotes not working. Some light bulbs not working. No wi fii which made it difficult for my daughter to do school work.
