Very private and quiet. Spacious with a lovely outside area.

The garden was lovely and we had a visiting wood pigeon and tortoise. The pool was a good size and the temperature was refreshing. The villa was clean, spacious and well-equipped and when the toaster broke, Bernat brought a new one round within the hour. He was also very responsive to any messages that we sent. We loved seeing the sunset from the upstairs balcony. The aircon and wifi all worked well and there was a separate utility room with a washing machine in and an area for hanging clothes just outside that, that was really convenient. In terms of location, it's quite a steep walk back from Son Bou so we mainly took the car. We wouldn't recommend Son Bou in the evening but the beach is nice. We drove to places like Alaior, Ciutadella and Cala n Porter in the evenings instead or had a barbecue at the villa.

There really isn't much that we would improve but we think the villa would have been even more perfect with a light over the barbecue and a double bed in the upstairs suite.

Le quartier est sympa et calme. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. La maison est fonctionnelle. Le rapport qualité prix est bon.

La maison a un beau potentiel mais n'est pas exploitée à la hauteur de ce qu'elle pourrait être. Elle est vieillotte et le ménage laisse à désirer. La literie est inconfortable et des remontées d'odeur d'égout se font sentir dans chambre et salle de bains. Certaines chambres n'ont pas de volets mais des rideaux occultants.

Spazi perfettamente calibrati. Ampia piscina, area solarium con lettini comodi. Tavolo per pranzare all'aperto con tenda parasole estensibile. Angolo "salotto" fronte piscina per piacevoli letture o sfiziosi aperitivi. L'interno della villa è molto godibile. Ampio locale lavanderia con terrazzino dedicato al bucato. Camere da letto spaziose e armadi pieni di grucce (abbiamo potuto appendere tutto, cosa rarissima). Luogo molto silenzioso e posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti i lati dell'isola. Ottima la presenza di un mini market vicino e un panificio che sforna pane e ensaimadas ogni mattina (vende anche latte e bibite e fa da caffetteria). Infine, il proprietario è estremamente cordiale e efficiente nel risolvere piccolo problemi che possano presentarsi (lo dico per esperienza diretta)

The villa is a gem in Son Bou. Swimming pool is exceptional, enough large to rest and swim and safe for kids with different heights and stairs to access. Kitchen is fully equipped to dine inside and outside and for the barbecue. The barbecue is simple but working properly and fun to use. Dishwasher and washing machine new and working very well. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of towels for bathrooms and for the swimming pool. Living room is spacious, you can connect Netflix on the TV. Garden is big and there is space to park a medium car/suv inside. There is no issue to park around the house as well.

In the house we missed some basic things in the kitchen like salt, olive oil, kitchen paper and some more cleaning tabs for both dishwasher and washing machine. As well some more toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. You have to buy/bring all cleaning items. Position is not ideal if you don't have a car, the Son Bou beach is about 30 minutes far on foot and uphill on the way back, under a hot summer sun.

Villa fantastica, ideale per famiglia o gruppo fino a 6 persone. Spazi ampi interni ed esterni e piscina con vista mare che gode della giusta privacy. Nessun insetto sgradevole, presenti invece nel vicino camping. Posizione strategica vicino alle strada principale e alla spiaggia e mercato di Son Bou. Host sempre presente e disponibile via messaggio

Tutto perfetto. Forse sarebbe stato carino qualche dettaglio in più sulla dotazione iniziale in cucina (capsule di caffè, sale/zucchero, una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo) ma come detto il supermercato era vicino e abbiamo rimediato in fretta
