new building, nice teracce and relaxed atmosphere

toilet wasn't clean when arrived. beds were very uncomfortable.

Clean place, well placed if you have a car, good bed

We booked room with breakfast, but we did not get the breakfast - the staff informed me by text message they were out of season, therefore breakfast could not be provided. Even though my booking was made 2 weeks prior to my arrival, nobody let us know about this till first morning at the property, when we started to inquire how we may get our breakfast.... They said there was a misunderstanding with the Booking.com in this regard, but for sure they knew our booking had breakfast included, Would have been fair to be announced about this in advance - for sure we would have booked somewhere else....
