Ash Cottage

Awesome cottage in a great location, just minutes from BPW (rideable on an bike, or if you have the stamina for standard!). Very peaceful too. The bike shed is fab and secure - has an alarm and cctv, and you could park in front of the doors if you really want peace of mind. Briefly met Allun when we were leaving, really nice guy. Would highly recommend, we will definitely be back 👍

Location for Bike Park Wales, fantastic bike storage with alarm, loved being on Taff trail offering more cycling opportunities, clean and modern interior. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Everything as per description and couldn't ask for more when visiting Bike Park Wales.

We were 4 lads going to bike park Wales so this is perfect if you know each other well and happy to sleep in the same room. It's very small but actually manageable for a few days. The bike store is perfect for those with expensive bikes as it's alarmed and you can park your car up against the door at night. If you have a second car that will have to be parked opposite but there's room for one and it was fine. Great communication from the host and they even provided milk and tea and coffee. Shower was nice and very powerful....just what you need after a long day's riding. Literally over the road from the bike park.

Nothing really. Perhaps they can make the addition of a nest of tables as when we sat down there was nothing to put a drink on but that's being very picky and should be taking as a little bit of feedback.

Excellent facilities and location for Bike Park Wales. Highly recommended for mountain biking.

Nothing

The cottage was small, cosy and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable as was the linen. The Taff Trail is situated 60ft from the front door which was great for a walk, running or gentle bike ride. The whole property felt well maintained and clean. I loved the proximity of the parking and bike storage. The setting was nice and quiet with no passing traffic. There were a few local shops a very short drive away. The kitchen had all I needed to cook my dinner and breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and though the cottage helped me to relax.

The sink in the kitchen is a little difficult to access but this is a minor downside.
