Beautiful setting and super comfortable beds

The view

Arrived and staff member could not have been bothered to even show us where the room was nor carry our bags or at least offer to help. Bedding old and stale, uncomfortable bed, shower blocked and overflowed. Felt like the place needed a good clean and refurb.

The picturesque views of the mountains. The room was lovely. Saw quite a few wildlife. The manager was on the ball with helping us at any given time.

The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved on. Housekeeping doesn’t sweep properly, I found dead moths on the floor that were there from the previous night after housekeeping had been in. The floors need to be mopped especially the bathroom as it has a white mat by the shower, after getting out the shower, the mat turns red from the dust/ whatever is on the concrete floor.

The setting is incredible, the rooms and bed are amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the brekkie are delish
