Uchimaru Hakuba

The lodge was perfect for our group! Mr Chen was a great host, communicated with us before arrival to make sure we could get to the lodge from the bus station. He cooked us a great breakfast every morning of our stay and went above and beyond for our group. Highly recommend!

healthy and good breakfast, the owner is very nice and give us ride from/to bus station and also help us when we lost the room key the view from bedroom and dining room is very beautiful right in front of the house is shuttle stop (going to Goryu, 47, Escal Plaza and Iwatake) you can walk to Echoland and catch more shuttles there + more food options

there isn't any fridge or microwave in the room to cook your own meals

We loved everything, especially the owner, who was very friendly, accomodating and welcoming. Our favourite part was the beautiful breakfast that was prepared each morning. It was our favourite place that we stayed during our time in Japan. Not to mention, the shuttle buses stop right out the front! The surrounding were amazing, as well as the views. It was also very warm and comfortable. We can’t talk highly enough about this place and we will be back!!

Excellent service provided by the property owner. Our stay was very comfortable and the common facilities were very cute. Loved the kids games room, it was a nice touch. Breakfasts were very well catered.

If i can give 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i stay for 6 nights with my husband & kids. Mr. Chen is really super kind, so caring to his guest, super polite, super generous.. I am at a loss for words to describe how kind he is. I am really very grateful for Mr. Chen's kindness and attention. Thank you so much Mr. Chen’s we will never forget your kindness. The room and bathroom are super comfortable and clean. They are always cleaned every day. The location is super strategic because the shuttle stop is right across the street. At check in and check out, Mr. Chen will pick you up and drop you off on time. There is not a single negative thing about this place.

Really big rooms, lovely breakfast and have the most helpful property manager ever. He helped us with food and snow resort recommendations, and they never miss.
