Cleanliness, security and very friendly staff

Parking space is too little.

Always provided what we want, not far from our room.

Visitors not allowed. But they explained the reason why?.

The room was very clean even though it was smelling stuffy

We were told to switch off our music, the breakfast was very bad,dry bacon not to mention dry burned chicken burger,waiting for Spar to open in order for them to buy bread,parking inconvenient had to wait for someone to wake up in order to go out,hard pillows my neck is still hurting

The manager was flexible to refund us fir breakfast we didn't need anymore. We were given torn towels that honestly belonged to the garbage bin😞

It was raining one of the days and we had to stay in. It became difficult with the lounge sits which aren't comfortable.

The property was very clean and the staff members were so friendly and welcoming

There was no hot water, their generator doesn’t supply the rooms during load shedding

The cleanliness nd location is close to George Lift.

The generator doesn't connect to the rooms, the should do something about the generator to feed the whole facility, not only the kitchen

The staff members were welcoming.

There was no electricity and water.
