"The area is just a mess, it wasn't comfortable and not worth the money spend"

Nothing, it was just a disaster

The place didn't meet the expectations, it was dirty, smelly and not properly cleaned and looked like a brothel. The surrounding/opposite area looked like a ghost area. The pool was dirty and it was never cleaned, we couldn't even play music with a simple diffuser

Mash, the reservations manager is top notch! Sent a message the morning of our arrival, with the exact location, which was a nice touch. Check-in was seamless, with added assistance with your bags, should you need. Location is ideal, as it is in the middle of the attraction sites, and is a walking distance to the small town. The lodge itself is quiet and has zero tolerance for noise and loud music, which was the cherry on top.

Noise/sounds from the next room can be annoying. We noticed that if you seal the plug outlets, it helps reduce the carried noise.
